Up by nine entering the second half, Windisch started the period as she ended the opening frame, scoring a goal (her fifth in a row) off an Olert assist to give Scranton a 12-2 lead in the first three minutes of the period.

Kerr and Angelo were also credited with assists on the final two Royal goals, as well.
