2012-2013 Game-by-Game Statistics

Made an immediate impact in his first season with the program... Strong physically and plays well with his back to basket... Provides much-needed bulk down low, yet can step outside and hit the mid-range jump shot... Runs the floor well and can get out on a fast-break opportunity.

Freshman Year (2012-2013):  One of three players to start all 26 games (sophomore Ross Danzig and senior Tim Lavelle were the other two)... Led Royals in field goal shooting percentage (.550) and blocked shots (25) and finished second on the team in scoring (13.2) and rebounding (7.3)... His ability to score in the paint prevented defense from doubling-teaming the perimeter shooters... Scored 20-or-more points six times, including a season-high 24-point effort on 11 of 15 shooting from the field in a 94-93 loss in overtime to Keystone College on December 15, and scored in double figures 20 times... Tied sophomore Ross Danzig for the team lead in 'double-doubles' with five, including a 17-point, 11-rebound performance in an 84-74 loss in double overtime to Juniata College in a Landmark Conference semifinal game on February 20 at the Long Center... His performance against Keystone College earned him the Landmark Conference Player of the Week award... Scored 21 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in 23 minutes of action in Scranton's 71-68 victory over Wilkes University in the championship game of the second annual Cross County Challenge at the Marts Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on January 3, a day after he recorded 15 points and 10 rebounds in an 81-66 victory over King's College... Shot at least 50 percent from the field 15 times... Averaged nearly 27 minutes per game and played at least 30 minutes nine times...  Led the Landmark Conference in field goal percentage (.550), second in defensive rebounds per game (5.4), fourth in overall rebounding (7.3), seventh in blocked shots (1.0), and tied for eighth  in offensive rebounds per game (1.9)... According to NCAA Division III rankings as of March 10, is 60th in rebounding, 173rd in 'double-doubles', 189th in rebounding, and 222nd in blocks.

High School
Earned two varsity letters at Loyola High School in Los Angeles... Member of Loyola team that won CIF Division 1AA championship in 2011 and advanced to the semifinals last year... His high school team won three Mission League titles and posted a four-year overall record of 97-18 under head coach Jamal Adams  ...Loyola was ranked as high as seventh in the nation by MaxPreps at one time last year and eventually finished in the top 60...
